Warranty Terms

All products purchased from www.joysong.com come with a 24-month warranty starting from the date of purchase as indicated on your proof of purchase. The warranty period expires after 24 months. Currently, this warranty policy is only available to customers in the United States. (We are in discussions with our service providers to extend coverage to more regions in the future.)

Note:  

For purchases made through JOYSONG’s authorized resellers, please contact them directly. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sources that are not subject to JOYSONG’S quality controls. Second-hand items are not covered by the JOYSONG Warranty Policy.

Limited Warranty Periods:

• Structural Frame: 24-Months
• Screen, & Other Electronics: 24-Months
• Components: 24-Months（Damage caused by non-human factors）
• *  Rowing handles, exercise handles, ankle straps, and seat are considered components.

Warranty Shipping Fees:

Once the product meets our warranty policy and we confirm that a warranty claim is warranted, we will provide a replacement product or accessory free of charge. However, shipping costs for the product or accessory will not be covered.

At JOYSONG's sole discretion, all JOYSONG product warranties are subject to JOYSONG's review and approval.
