Return Your JOYSONG Rower

This return policy applies when you make a purchase directly from the JOYSONG official online store. Currently, returns are only supported for customers in the United States (We are still communicating with our service providers about more returnable areas.).

Return Period

If you are not satisfied with your JOYSONG rower, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. (Due to the special properties of the rower, not product quality issues, we reserve the right to refuse returns.)

Refund

Because of the size and weight of the JOYSONG rower, we do not offer a refund for any shipping, delivery charges that you may have paid for your JOYSONG delivery.

Return Shipping Cost

For returns not related to product issues, you will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $200, which will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. 

Necessary Conditions for Return

If your JOYSONG rower is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, or otherwise shows signs of abuse, JOYSONG reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge additional restocking fees. 

The JOYSONG return policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents, but is subject to the terms of our JOYSONG Limited Warranty.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be shipped with the original packaging. Return shipping fees for these items are the responsibility of the purchaser. JOYSONG is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Return JOYSONG (Kinomap Apps) Membership

If you wish to request a refund for your JOYSONG (Kinomap Apps) membership, such as a 1-year membership, you must do so within 30 days of purchase, and the membership activation code must be completely unused. JOYSONG does not offer prorated refunds for membership fees.

Exclusions

The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, used, worn, or were a marked down/sale item:

For the JOYSONG Compact Cube Rower:

  • Water pump used
  • Water tank filled
  • Seat worn
  • Display screen protective film removed
  • Foot pedals dirty

For the JOYSONG Home Gym Cube Rower:

  • Seat worn
  • Display screen protective film removed
  • Foot pedals dirty
  • Body scratched/worn

At JOYSONG’s sole discretion, all JOYSONG returns are subject to review and approval by JOYSONG
